		<description>The chart is meant as a visual/qualitative representation of the sentiment that we hear in our extensive conversations with physicians. It is quite clear that the more physicians understand what will be required of them as detailed in the &quot;Meaningful Use Matrix,&quot; the more concerned they become about the impact it will have on their productivity, and consequently, the less persuasive the financial incentives become.
 
A statistical study of the subject would be a great idea. It would give &quot;voice&quot; to the physicians&#039; concerns and provide valuable insights to the HIT Policy and Standards Committee decision-makers regarding how the recommendations are perceived in the field and how &#039;widespread&#039; actual adoption will be.</description>
